(after Section H.) entitled ìAdditional Studiesî, and stating: The Zoning Board of Adjustment may require investigative studies or analyses in relation to any matter brought before it for judgment, and reasonable fees, in addition to fees for notice, may be imposed by the Board to cover its administrative expenses and costs of such investigative studies, review of documents, and/or other matters which may be required by particular applications brought before the Board.

Are you in favor of Amendment No. 3, as proposed by the Hooksett Planning Board, to amend the Hooksett Zoning Ordinance as follows: to amend Article 17, Section A. Parking, by including Part 17 to state: Every parking space and access driveway thereto shall be surfaced with a durable and dustless material which shall meet the approval of the Planning Board and shall be graded and drained so as to dispose of all surface water accumulation in an approved manner. and by amending Part 17 by adding: a) Durable and Dustlessî is defined as bituminous (blacktop) paving or concrete paving, and b) the Planning Board may establish alternative surface materials on a case-by-case basis. In the following paragraph, the Ordinance shall state: Subsection 17 shall be considered as an Innovative Zoning technique as per RSA 674:21 and the Planning Board shall have exclusive authority to grant waivers, and further the Planning Board shall have the authority to establish regulations to implement any waiver provision related to this Subsection?
